MAID (or 'Medical Assistance in Dying') has been a hot-button issue in Canada over the last four years. With COVID lockdowns, and strict isolations of the vulnerable and elderly, many of our parents, grandparents, friends, and neighbors are suffering, and often silently. But what does the Church teach on MAID and suffering?
